Parallel Life - Migraine Chronicles: This is an ongoing personal documentation of my chronic pain – migraine. Migraine is considered a regular headache yet the sufferer had to endure 4-5 helpless hours of pain and I have been experiencing this pain for last 20 years. This project is a continuous portray of every attack I endured over the last few years. I’m currently photographing these moments with my camera and my mobile device. The purpose of this essay is to depict the underlying cause of migraine including bright light, loud sound, strong smell and its treatments such as discipline life, intake of water, brain mapping, etc. Currently, I have been healed around 80-90% thereby incorporating minor lifestyle changes and some basic medications. “Parallel Life - Migraine Chronicles” is my artistic endeavour, born from empathy and a desire to shed light on the oft-hidden agony of migraines. Through the lens of my camera, I have embarked on a visual odyssey to unveil the visceral, emotional, and deeply human journey of those grappling with this debilitating condition.
